I read this and I know I’m a total mess and I think I need all three detox recipes. I certainly don’t have a flat belly. I have tried several diets and some of them worked to a point but my daily activities do not allow me to work out. The other problem that I have is I don’t drink enough water and I eat a lot of junk food. With summer coming I definitely need some weight loss help and these water based detox recipes seem like the right thing for my lifestyle. All of the ingredients in these weight loss recipes are natural and I know I can drink as much as I can but I am not sure about picking out one of them so I was wondering if they can be somehow combined into one, or I just make and mix them so I can gain the benefits of all tree. If I could just get myself to watch what I eat, drink enough water with some of these detox recipes I know I will be at least close to my summer flat belly goal. They are easy and simple to prepare, the ingredients are easy to find and they don’t cost much. It’s worth a try.

While I was reading this article I had a thought. Great! This is exactly what I need in order to improve my lifestyle. Like many others I hope to have a flat belly one day, but somehow I can’t make myself to sign up in the gym. I work many hours a day, so really I don’t have much time to work out. On the other hand, I don’t pay much attention on my diet either, and I eat a lot of fast food and sweets, which takes me further and further from my idea of weight loss. I think that I’ll use all of these detox recipes, depending on the period. I’ll start with the daily cleansing detox water recipe at first because I feel bloated all the time. After a few weeks, I’ll try the craving control detox water recipe, and before the summer comes I’ll use flat belly detox water recipe. I really think that I would make a change for myself. I often get misunderstood by people who never had weight issues and they always say to me how come I always read all these articles about weight loss. I am writing this because this particular article really helped me. My fiancé was the best man of his friend’s wedding and I was obviously the godmother. Flat belly is a dream that has never come true for me. No matter how much time and effort I have invested in exercising and making my diet as healthy as possible, the small pouch on my lower abdomen has continued to annoy me. Weight loss is definitely a goal to accomplish, but we should also pay attention to the fact that our bodies carry a lot of toxins. The food we eat, the air we breathe, the daily metabolic processes in our body, the huge amount of stress we are exposed to every day…all this contributes to accumulation of toxic waste in our bodies. Your article makes perfect sense and draws our attention to the important issue that should be addressed first and foremost: detoxification. Having this in mind, the essential element that makes the detoxification process possible is drinking enough water, which is something I have never done on a daily basis. Adding different fruits and herbs to it is probably the right solution for me since drinking more than one liter of plain water daily simply puts me off.
