Omelet is a dish consisting of 2 or more beaten eggs, cooked over high heat until set, often served folded in half over a filling such as cheese or mushrooms.
An omelet is a healthy, quick choice for breakfast or any meal of the day. All omelets have eggs that are blended and lightly cooked, but the method for doing so differs greatly across cuisines and cultures.
Now that we have brought it up, are you longing for a good omelet for your breakfast, but you do not want to see your tidied kitchen in a terrible mess again?
The kitchen chores simply make your hair stand, right? Well, yes, we all know that these tasks at times can be tedious, time-consuming, frustrating, and so on.
Don’t worry, because now we have the perfect solution to one of the common cooking problems!
You can literally make up to 8 breakfast meals without leaving extra mess on your work top. Yes, it IS possible, thanks to this brilliant idea from Allrecipes. The preparation of your omelet now does not start with breaking the eggs in your deep dish and does not continue with the beating of your eggs with a fork or a whisk!
Now it starts with 2 eggs placed in a Ziploc bag, (oh yes, you read it correctly!), and it ends with a nutritious –and-delicious, neatly-looking meal dropping gorgeously onto your plate!
The first step in making an omelette is deciding on and properly preparing the filling. Some common omelet additions include onions, ham, bell peppers, green onions, spinach, sausage, olives, diced tomatoes and mushrooms. Use any or all of the ingredients, in a combination of your choice.
