Pet allergy

While you sleep with your pet, the proteins from the body oils, saliva or urine of household pets cause an allergic reaction that attacks the eyes and the airways and can result in asthmatic symptoms and hay fever. This may also cause atopic dermatitis, eczema, and nettle rash. It is also often difficult to avoid the allergens that can come from other people’s pets or be transported by people who have been in contact with animals.

Reasons for Pet Allergy

The reasons, however, has yet to be discovered. But, having this allergy has been proved as hereditary. People having bronchi as a child in households with pets has shown a higher affinity of developing allergies towards pets with the maturity of age. There is definitely a complex part where the amount of allergen a child is exposed to and at what age. The mattress is very prone to spread these sorts of diseases. The foam is highly prone to acquire the germs of the disease and surpass to the next user. The studies can be conflicting but the suggestion that high exposure from very early may be protective. Still, it had also been argued that this tolerance may be lost and allergy may be developed if the exposure drops. This means that for a child moving to university without a pet when they return to the family pet they may have a new onset pet allergy.
