This Garlic Soup Is 100 x Stronger Than The Best Antibiotics On The Market!

Whenever you have a disease starting from a minor one, such as: flu, cold, allergy or even a virus that compromises your immune system, the best home remedy for everything is garlic. Here are the ingredients that you will need:

  • 2 large diced red onions
  • 3 cups of stale bread, either cubed or crushed
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of chopped fresh thyme
  • 50 organic garlic cloves ( 5 garlic bulbs), cleaned and peeled
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 6 cups( 250 ml) of chicken broth
  • Fresh or dried herbs for extra taste( parsley, bay leaves or something of your choice)

Preparation:

First, you should preheat your oven to 350 °F. While you are preheating the oven, you should clean the garlic bulbs and spread them on a sheet of tin foil. You should pour some olive oil over them and roast them in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes and let them cool for a while afterwards.

Melt the 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan and cook the onion in there for about 10 minutes.

After the cloves have cooled down, you should add them into the mixture together with the onion. You can add fresh thyme and herbs of your choice if you want to spice up the taste. Add the bread crumbs and cubes while reducing the temperature.

You should cook until the bread softens. Afterwards, take the herbs of the mixture and blend the soup until it is smooth. Put the soup back in the pot and add some sour cream, while seasoning it with salt and pepper according to your own preference.
