20. Have attitude to gratitude
Keeping a gratitude diary is a very powerful habit. Napoleon Hill once said “We become what we think about”.
Just take a couple of minutes every day to stop and write down things you are grateful for in your life. If you don’t have time to spare, just take a “gratitude minute” to think about the many things that are going well in your life before you jump out of bed in the morning or before you go to sleep at night, or even in public transport when travelling to work…you get the idea…
If you visualise things you love and are grateful for in your head that will have even more positive effect. Imagine hard enough how you live raw and your dreams come true…and they will!
