I usually start the morning with hot water and lemon and later I drink coffee or tea. This sounds very interesting since I don’t have to prepare my morning drink twice. What I mean is this article provides a good tip how to mix lemon and tea for those who love to consume both substances. I prefer green tea and chamomile tea but the article doesn’t say which tea to mix with lemon so I suppose that it can be made with every kind of tea. From your previous articles I’ve learned that honey is good to be consumed in the morning and the recipe also suggests that you can put honey in the mix. That’s very good for me since honey is one of my favorite sweetener so I usually drink tea with honey and lemon with water. It is very important what you consume in the morning since it’s the most important part of the day when you should boost your body and prepare for work. It seems to me that lemon is also important for your health and this is very easy way to stay healthy and of course to stay fit. Lemon not only prevents from getting sick, it also helps your body to stay fit and as the article suggest we should consume it in the morning. So, let’s mix the ingredients and stay healthy and fit! Cheers

I was happy to find out that this lemon tea clears the skin from acne because I have been suffering with acne for a long time. I have started drinking lemon tea in the morning for two weeks. I have noticed that my back got cleaner from acne than before. It’s not that I haven’t tried to get rid of acnes before. I have even been to a dermatologist and she prescribed me pills and gave me some advice. I took the pills and followed her advice. It helped me get a cleaner face only for the time during I have been taking the pills but after I stopped taking them my skin got worse.
When I found out about the benefits of this tea I started drinking it. I still haven’t noticed any tremendous changes on my face but my back got much cleaner than before. I am not giving up, I hope to see my face cleaner. I also recommended this tea to my boyfriend because he has been having a bad breath issues. He used different kinds of mint tablets, chewing gums, antiseptic mouth wash liquids and sprays but they only had an effect for the first couple of minutes. He started drinking the lemon tea too and he said that it really worked for him and that is making the bad breath vanish away.

What a great idea-lemon tea. I have never thought of it. I’m trying to take care of my body and health as much as I can by consuming the right foods like honey, lemons, limes, to drink a lot of water and other fluids and this article gave me an excellent idea on how to combine all of them to achieve even better results. I used to start my days with just a tablespoon added to a warm glass of water, but starting from tomorrow I’ll start preparing this lemon tea in the morning. Aside from all those positive benefits that I’ll get from drinking lemon tea in the morning I will also lose some weight. And I was getting worried that nothing will work, since I have been trying to shed some pounds for a while. Thanks for writing this article and letting me know all the benefits from lemon tea.

I have had a morning ritual for years – which consists of making myself a strong cup of coffee with a little amount of milk as soon as I get of out bed. I have a need for a drink that can quickly give me a boost of energy and awaken all my senses, since I tend to have a very low blood pressure in the morning. Your informative articles on healthy food and nutrition have taught me that drinking coffee on an empty stomach is far from being beneficial for my body, although I have not had any problems with heartburn or excessive acids. So, thanks for sharing all this useful information about lemon tea. No matter how healthy a certain type of food or produce is, I simply cannot consume it unless it is pleasing to my palate. Fortunately, I like the invigorating and refreshing feeling that consuming lemons gives me, apart from all the amazing health benefits that this lovely fruit offers us. And diluting strong lemon juice with warm water will certainly hydrate my body and help flush out the toxins from my system, which will certainly improve my mood as well. I do not intend to miss out the pleasure of enjoying my morning cup of coffee, but I will do it after the preliminary lemon tea cleansing. Thanks for sharing this article.

Sometimes, in the morning, I feel as if I was fasting for weeks, not that I was only 8-9 hours away from the refrigerator during the sleeping time. Reading this, at the beginning, I found it so strange because I cannot imagine to drink citric acid (from the lemon) as soon as I get out of the bed, right away after the sleeping hours, during which my stomach is empty for 8-9 hours. As if it is not enough to have the build-up acid environment in my stomach during your sleep and now someone tells you that you should drink lemon in the morning. But, not accidentally, in this recipe the role of the tea is essential. The tea, despite the nutritive ingredients that it has itself, it provides the alkaline effect to the stomach and compensate the acid from the lemon, especially in the morning. I will advise though that you should put the lemon in the tea when it is a little cooler, not when it is still boiling. For example, while you wait for the tea to cool a little bit, you could run other things in a rush, before the tea gets cooler and then put the lemon inside. That way you prevent the loss of the nutritive values of the lemon fluids by the heat of the water. By preparing this drink every work day in the morning, you will see the health benefits on the long run. I know I did.
