Many people are facing the problem of baldness due to a variety of factors like stress, genetically prone, diabetes, smoking, etc. in the case of minor baldness many times it can be treated with home remedies but in the case of excessive baldness or when the home remedies are not showing any result the best way to get your hair back is opting for hair transplant.

Let me first tell you about hair transplants.

Hair transplant is a surgical process in which hair follicles from the back or side part of your head, usually called the donor area, are taken and they are planted in the bald area.

Many countries provide this treatment like the USA, UK, Turkey, India, etc. Though, many people opt for India to get the hair transplant in Bangalore, especially because of the quality treatment at a reasonable price. As Bangalore is the IT hub of India so it has all the advanced technologies available there along with experienced and highly qualified doctors.

Now, let’s discuss the hair transplant cost in Bangalore.

Various factors affect the cost of hair transplant like the number of grafts (which contains 3-4 hair follicles) required, the technique you are opting for like FUE (hair follicles are manually extracted from the donor area and planted in the bald area) or FUT (a strip of hair follicles is taken out from the donor area surgically and is divided into grafts that are then planted to the bald area) and the experience of the doctor.

Considering all the factors, their transplant cost is RS.30-45/graft while for FUT it is Rs.25-40/graft.

So, the total hair transplant cost for FUEranges from Rs.35000 to Rs. 210000 for 1000 to 4000 grafts while for FUT it ranges from Rs.29000 to 190000 for 1000 to 4000 grafts.

Furthermore, if you have just started facing hair loss then you can opt for home remedies to stop hair fall. There are many home remedial ways to treat hair fall like:

  1. Coconut milk:

As coconut milk contains proteins, minerals like potassium, and fats that moisturize your hair and help to reduce hair breakage while washing. You just need to apply it on your scalp for 15-20 minutes and cover your head with a towel and wash your hair after then.

  1. Hair oil massage:

Massaging your hair with oil will increase the flow of blood to your hair and moisturizes your hair which stops scab formation on your scalp. You just need to apply the oil after heating it at a warm temperature. I recommend you use coconut oil because of its proteins enriched properties.

  1. Onion pulp:

Onion contains antibacterial elements that protect your scalp from any infection and is rich in sulfur content that increases the blood circulation to your hair follicles and helps them to grow. You can mix the onion juice with honey and rosewater as they moisturize your hair.

  1. Fenugreek seed:

Fenugreek seed contains the elements that rejuvenate your hair and helps them to grow. It helps your hair to look shiny and improves the thickness of your hair which reduces hair fall. You just need to soak two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in the boiling water and leave them overnight. In the morning blend them to make a paste that you can apply to your scalp.

  1. Green tea:

As green tea is consumed by many to increase the body's metabolism which increases hair growth. For more effective results instead of consuming you can apply it to your hair by making a solution. You need to put 2 bags of green tea in the boiling water and wait for some time till the water comes down to room temperature and then use that solution to massage your scalp for 5-10 minutes it should be done twice a week for better results.

  1. Potatoes:

Potatoes are rich in potassium, iron, and vitamin C which help your hair to rebuild and reduce hair fall. You just need to grind the potatoes and put a spoon of honey into the potato squash and put water if it’s too thick and apply it over your scalp and leave it for 30 minutes and then wash it with a mild shampoo.
