I don’t think that this regime would be difficult for me. I have tried something similar and my only problem with this diet is that there isn’t any meat, which I believe is very important in our diet. However, this one week plan seems reasonable. I think that once in a while it’s good to do a detox to your body. My advice is to drink water as much as you can, because that helped me a lot. Fruits and vegetables do contain a lot of water, so I’m willing to try this!

I don’t think that you can change a lot in one week, especially since I have been trying for months and still no results. But, it sounds good. Lots of fruits and veggies, but I’m not sure if that will keep me through the day. Yet, it a short period of time, I have struggled a lot, I think I can handle it. Fingers crossed!

This is my fifth day…yay I can do it  I must admit it was easier than my previous diet, but I miss meat. I also noticed that I have cravings for sweets, which wasn’t the case previously. But I can feel my body cleanse, I don’t feel puffy and swollen in my stomach, which is my major problem. I don’t think that I can handle this regime during the winter, I won’t make it through the day, but summer works just fine for this diet

I forgot to measure my body weight, but I feel that my waist is much thinner and I’m actually losing weight. I believe that this is possible. Not sure if this could be a practice, but still a good way to start being healthy. I tried cutting down on chocolate, burgers and Coca Cola and I can feel the results. It’s worth trying, because the duration is short and the ingredients you consume are healthy. I’m still not a fan of diets, but anything that contains fruits and veggies will help us stay healthy.

I recently finished with a diet and I lost a lot of weight and I don’t think that you can lose 10 pounds in a week. It doesn’t look hard or anything, but I needed 2 months to lose weight from pregnancy and I know how hard it can be. Finally I can across a diet which provides the organism with the needed vitamins and minerals and still you aren’t starving or anything. However, I do need a proper meal during the day, I work for 8 to 10 hour a day and fruits and veggies won’t keep me full for a long time. I exercise a lot and that’s the secret to staying healthy. My ordinary day starts with lots of fruits and salads during meals, but I know I can’t stand even a day without meat or chocolate, but I compensate with long walks in the evening, cycling in the morning and going to the gym on breaks. So far it’s great. I wouldn’t recommend to starve yourself or just rely on such diets.

Hmmm… I too like the idea of ‘turning off’ meaty and fatty dishes for the while I am on a diet. In this way I can save both money and long hours of cooking and dripping with sweat in my tiny little kitchen just to make those red meats ready and delicious for my choosy stomach.

I haven’t really tried this diet because I was not so disciplined to follow it, but I have used the Garcinia Cambogia Supplement along with a healthy way of eating. Yes, I agree that this diet is possible by drinking a lot of water and workout. It will be difficult but not impossible. Why not? If you have set a goal and really believe that you will do it, you definitely will. But, eat more food rich in fiber and protein proteins instead of sugary food and alcoholic or soda drinks. I think that only one week is worth trying it.

Losing weight with this diet is possible, but with exercise. I almost lost 7 pounds and I am at day 5. I go at the gym four times a week and my trainer recommended water with l-carnitine for better effects. It really makes a difference because now I got a waist. Do this diet for a week just every once in a while when u feel like you have gained another 5lbs or so. It’s easy what she did and it worked and now she has kept it off for a year. For some reason I doubt the 10lb loss in a week, but what I got outta this article is if you can get into this healthy eating habit, you have greater potential to lose more weight.
