Sure you have been told many bad things about drinking some drinks. We think it's time to start seeing the half-glass alcohol, right?

Unfortunately, the best things in life hurt too much. Chocolate makes you fat, too much sugar damages your teeth, and sausages can cause cancer, blah blah blah.

The composition of alcohol is also an effective factor. Some nutrients are very dangerous in alcohol. So you should assure the quality of alcohol before drinking. You can visit the barrio for alcohol recipes. These alcohol recipes will guide you to safe and quality alcohol.

However, we have decided to start being more optimistic about these issues. With that in mind, some professional doctors at the London Doctors Clinic revealed some ways in which alcohol might be good for you.

Although the founder and CEO of the London Doctors Clinic, Dr. Rankin, said it is difficult to take for granted that alcohol with measure could be good for health.

Here we tell you all the theories that, we hope, will be 100% true.

  1. A CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH

There are many studies on the relationship between alcohol and cardiovascular health.

In a recent article by the BBC, the clinical scientist and consulting cardiologist, Dr. Alexander Jones of the UCL, agrees that alcohol increases the risk of having different types of cancer, but believes that there is evidence that alcohol can be beneficial for the heart?

He suggests that it is because alcohol promotes the production of nitric oxide, which dilates arteries and can reduce stress in the heart.

  1. THE RISK OF DIABETES, KIDNEY DISEASES, AND DEMENTIA DECREASES

In the case of dementia, some studies have shown that those who are considered "light drinkers", they are less likely to develop neurodegenerative conditions, such as dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's.

However, researchers are not sure if it is because of alcohol or lifestyle factors.

  1. BENEFITS OF BEER

Did you know that beer contains many essential amino acids and high levels of calcium? We all need these nutrients, right?

If you want to look healthier, opt for an unfiltered beer, since the filter eliminates the yeast and it contains vitamin B.

  1. PREVENTS GRIPS

Some people believe that antioxidants in some alcoholic beverages such as wine can eliminate some dangerous chemicals that are produced by our bodies.

This is just a very famous theory but we lose nothing by trying.

  1. GOOD CHOLESTEROL

A number of studies have suggested that moderate alcohol consumption increases the high density of lipoproteins also known as good cholesterol. This fights all the bad cholesterol, taking it to the liver, where it is broken down and eliminated from the body.

  1. HEALTHY TEETH

Are you running out of your mouthwash? Open a bottle! The high percentages of alcohol in some liquors, such as vodka, kills bacteria in the mouth. Even better, add some mint for a fresh sensation.

  1. BETTER SEX

Have you heard about the aphrodisiac qualities of beer?, according to a study conducted by Australian men and published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine in 2009, the chances of having erectile dysfunction could be reduced among alcohol drinkers.

  1. A TRUST SHOT

Most of us have witnessed the effects of alcohol. One minute we are shy and reserved, and others are professional dancers (or at least you think so).

Alcohol acts as a "social lubricant", elevating our confidence. And while there is not much scientific evidence to support this. Many people say it is the perfect solution before giving a speech or shaking the nerves about an important social event.

IMPORTANT

It would be irresponsible on our part not to remind you that every year there are 3.3 million deaths around the world as a result of the harmful use of alcohol.

That is why we recommend not going crazy for being theories and drinking as if there were no tomorrow. Remember everything with measure and have a lot of fun.
